1. Who can write a review
Only businesses with a documented working relationship can review: a signed partnership agreement, an invoice or a patient referral record from the last 24 months.
Individual patients are not reviewers on this platform — we focus exclusively on B2B conduct.
2. Verification standards
Clinics: Ministry of Health (MOH) International Health Tourism Authorisation, facility licence and any claimed JCI / ISO 9001 certificates are checked against issuing registries.
Agencies: TÜRSAB licence (Turkish agencies) or equivalent national tourism/health facilitator registration, plus company registration.
The Verified badge is removed automatically if a licence lapses.
3. How scores are calculated
Each review rates five factors: communication, clinical/service quality, price transparency, payment & commission terms, and aftercare.
The overall rating is the weighted mean of factor scores, with reviews older than 18 months weighted at 50%. Scores are published only after 3 verified reviews.
4. Caution Watchlist criteria
An organisation is listed if its average falls below 3.0, or if two or more independent verified partners report unpaid commissions, undisclosed price changes or unlicensed activity.
Every organisation is notified 10 days before listing and may submit evidence.
5. Disputes & right of reply
Listed organisations can publicly respond to any review and open a dispute. Disputes are mediated by our trust team within 30 days.
Reviews are removed only if shown to be false, not merely unfavourable. We never accept payment to alter ratings.
