Words truly cannot express how spectacular this hospital is and how far it exceeds all other hospital standards. I had an excellent experience with the entire team during my surgery. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional in the way they responded to my requests. Even when there was a language barrier, they always found a way to communicate and assist me.
The doctors, nurses, food service staff, cleaners, and receptionists are all highly qualified and demonstrate outstanding communication skills and professionalism. I stayed for a day and a half, and no one ever rushed me to leave. Instead, they kindly told me that I could leave whenever I felt comfortable and well enough.
I truly loved my stay the room was amazing, extremely clean, and very comfortable. Honestly, words cannot fully express my gratitude to this beautiful hospital. If I could, I would give it 10 stars without hesitation.

I flew from the US to Istanbul with my family for a 3-day VIP health check up at Memorial Göztepe Hospital, and it was the best medical experience I have ever had. In only three days, I completed dozens of exams that would take a year back home between referrals, appointments and multiple clinics. Everything was smooth, fast and extremely thorough.
The hospital is state of the art, full of natural light, modern, clean, organized and very well managed. Every doctor and staff member I met was kind, professional and attentive. The exams were detailed and I always felt comfortable asking questions.
The international patient team was also incredible. My translator, Fehime Yusuf, felt more like an ambassador and friend, she stayed with me for every procedure, checked how I was afterward and continued to support me even after I left. I also met Dima, Dokhan, Dorian and Omer, all equally wonderful. The care felt personal, and you could truly feel how much they value patient comfort.
I also brought my grandmother for a small procedure and she was seen quickly with no delays. We also used the VIP concierge service for airport, hotel and hospital transfers, which made the entire trip effortless.

My biggest concern was traveling alone, especially after having to make a last-minute booking. I booked on the Friday and flew to Istanbul on the Sunday, but being a lone traveller was not a problem at all. The Memorial was a lovely hospital. My surgeon was fantastic; he was honest about the right Motiva implant size for my body, showed photos of similar cases, and explained the risks of combining an anchor lift with implants. The whole process was great from start to finish. I'm feeling better than expected, and the end results are better than I ever could have expected. Nothing could have been better. The only additional expense was my discharge medication, which wasn’t even £7. I have been so pleased, I will hopefully be booking for a tummy tuck next year.
